I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management. I started as a financial consultant but after three years an opportunity arose that allowed me to discover my true vocation: people.
Dopp Consultores made me an offer to join their Human Resources Consulting team in 2004. It meant reinventing myself, but I was 25 and had a career ahead. It was a great company and a wonderful opportunity.
I stayed at that company for a whopping 19 years, as an HR Consulting Project Manager. I worked in companies of multiple sectors and sizes designing organizational models, compensation systems, performance management tools…
In 2011 I became certified as an Executive Coach by the European School of Coaching and it marked a turning point in my career. I found a very powerful discipline that made me focus more on individual and team development.
Subsequently, I obtained certifications such as Team Coach, expert coach in emotional management, MBSR (Mindfulness) I and II.
In 2019 I moved to Peru and worked as a coach in Lima for a year, a wonderful experience that left a mark on me both personally and professionally.
In 2023 I started my own professional journey and a new project as a coach for pre-elite footballers. To date, I have over 1500 hours working with athletes, many of them with already-established professional players.
